These are screen shots taken from multimedia CD-ROMs that have been involved in during my working career. There are more which are currently in development but these are available to purchase. All the CD-ROM applications I am involved in are built within flash, dependantly use action script for interactivity, animation and information architecture. The CD-ROMs are both Mac and PC compatible as the CD-ROMs are hybrid built.

These screen shots are taken from Concept Cartoons Maths. This CD-ROM application has been cleverly built with the use XML so to enable future change of languages for all the text within the application. Main responsabilities of mine included in this project are that of the design and navigation. With this particular project, the use of building modified components and use of classes are what make this application different from the others I have been involved with.

These screen shots are taken from Active Assessment in English. This CD-ROM application has lots of nice interactive features, such as: dragable words, custom made draggable words, type input boxes and full printable versions of each activity.

These screen shots are taken from Spellbound Science Book 1 CD-ROM. This CD-ROM application is more animated compared to Active Assessment in English. The basic structure of this CD-ROM is animated stories followed by a range of end activities. These activites include interactivity of: type input areas accompanyed by drag and drop words which add text and full print versions of each activity. This CD-ROM has sound and sound effects included and will function differently depending on user's prefference of sound on or off.

These screen shots are taken from Spellbound Science Book 2 CD-ROM. This CD-ROM application is the second in a 2 set series. The CD-ROM comprises of the same functionality of that of Spellbound Science Book 1 CD-ROM. Together, this series covers all topics found in the national curriculum for ages 7 - 12.
